Called the day after my order had been placed as per the instruction to change the delivery date (no option to chose date at check out). It was confirmed that the date had been changed. I asked for a confirmation email but told they dont do that. Just after 3pm I received and email stating item had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day- not the following week as arranged. Failure to take delivery on the day would incur hefty re-delivery charges. Retailer only open until 4pm so was not able to make contact.
