Regrettably I had some problems with the appliance I ordered from Ship It.
A wine cooler made an unacceptably loud noise but Ship It replaced it without quibble.
However, the next one failed to work at all; these are of course issues for the manufacturer rather than the supplier.
Ultimately Ship It arranged collection and has agreed a refund for the goods, again with no argument at all.
I can therefore commend Ship It for their customer service
