Bought a gas on glass hob - really good product, fast delivery, great price, but, due to complex circumstances, did not get to install it for 6 months. Only found the extended warranty info in the pack after it was installed, which had to be claimed within 30 days of purchase. Sent the application with an explanation butinitially refused to extend. More emails and eventually got a phone call from Holly who did extend the warranty from purchase date (sadly not installation date from which point things are likely to go wrong!). This one glitch is the only reason for docking a star.
Simple solution - make the need to register clearer, not buries in the packaging!
