Great communications at the start. But the “all in” price I was quoted did not, in fact, include custom broker fees. I knew I’d have to pay taxes, but I was assured the quote included the customs brokerage costs. Well, I had pay those fees too at the last minute, out of pocket. I was offered a refund of part of those fees upon delivery, and I agreed to that. But now that delivery is complete, and I have sent several emails, there’s no communications, and no sign of a refund. It feels like they got my money and that’s good enough for them. If I get some communications and the promised refund, my rating would go up a bit. But right now, I feel burned.
