While the carrier transporting the vehicle is ultimately responsible for any verified transport-related damage, we do not simply take payment and walk away from the situation. Our role is to assist in coordinating the claims process, ensuring the proper documentation is collected, and helping connect customers with the carrier and their insurance provider when damage is alleged.
In this case, the damage was noted on the Bill of Lading and the claim information was provided so it could be submitted to the carrier responsible for transporting the vehicle. Consistent with the Terms & Conditions agreed to at booking, and signed off by your son, claims must be handled through the carrier and/or their insurance company, as they had possession of the vehicle at the time of transport.
We understand that damage claims can be stressful, and while we cannot assume liability for damages caused by an independent carrier, we are committed to helping customers navigate the claims process and reach a fair resolution.

I discussed my shipping needs for my classic car purchase with Todd Carlisle, explained I needed enclosed transportation.
Todd Provided a quote which was very competitive compared to other quotes I had received.
later I was provided a pickup date and a delivery date with the drivers contact info.
The actual driver communicated the pickup time within 30 minutes he was onsite took excellent care to place the vehicle into the enclosed trailer.
Car was delivered the next day as was communicated.
The driver also provided excellent communication during the time of travels and
took excellent care of this classic both loading an unloading and arrived perfectly safe.

“Wish I could give ZERO stars. Probably lost in transit. Pressured into using "Expedited" delivery for a substantial up-charge. Pick-up occurred at the absolute latest possible moment on the estimated date. SHIP made Seller stay an hour late at work to supervise the load-out. Provided an estimated delivery date of 8/6 and claimed that they were going to "drive through the night". Delivery date comes and goes without a WORD from the company DESPITE being signed up for text updates. Reached out to the endless voicemail system multiple times, leave messages - NEVER even the courtesy of a call back.
After emailing the company I was told the delivery would occur on a SUNDAY - well, I was born at night but not last night! NO ONE delivers on a SUNDAY! But, I waited, held my breath and of course, NO DELIVERY. NO CALL. NO EMAIL. NO RESPONSE.
Monday comes, the Seller and I both reach out and this firm is NOWHERE to be found. Refusing to provide an update. Refusing to respond. Complete SILENCE. DO NOT USE!!! Your regret and aggravation will be profound. Will be opening a BBB Claim as well. I am sure the vehicle has been damaged but I can't verify because oh wait .... it has not been delivered. I will be seeking a refund/credit.”
