“Be careful They are a thief’s we have our own truck and company and move 3 loads through them without payment they are lying about damage that never happened if they actually had a claim ,why they don’t claim through our insurance why steal our money for no reason. Disgusting 🤢”

“The shipment of my vehicle was never meant i gave my contact jennifer lynch 4 day pick up spread i place the order 8/15. Never from her again until 8/31 that she was just now posting my order i emailed all my dates i never from her again until i cancel my order on 9/9 then i received full of nothing but lies i would never have a person of this caliber in my company and i have been in moving industry for 20 years plus”

“Wish I could give ZERO stars. Probably lost in transit. Pressured into using "Expedited" delivery for a substantial up-charge. Pick-up occurred at the absolute latest possible moment on the estimated date. SHIP made Seller stay an hour late at work to supervise the load-out. Provided an estimated delivery date of 8/6 and claimed that they were going to "drive through the night". Delivery date comes and goes without a WORD from the company DESPITE being signed up for text updates. Reached out to the endless voicemail system multiple times, leave messages - NEVER even the courtesy of a call back. After emailing the company I was told the delivery would occur on a SUNDAY - well, I was born at night but not last night! NO ONE delivers on a SUNDAY! But, I waited, held my breath and of course, NO DELIVERY. NO CALL. NO EMAIL. NO RESPONSE. Monday comes, the Seller and I both reach out and this firm is NOWHERE to be found. Refusing to provide an update. Refusing to respond. Complete SILENCE. DO NOT USE!!! Your regret and aggravation will be profound. Will be opening a BBB Claim as well. I am sure the vehicle has been damaged but I can't verify because oh wait .... it has not been delivered. I will be seeking a refund/credit.”

“I paid ship your car now 6000$ to transport my 33 foot boat from florida to canada. They gave my boat to a trucking company that was banned from entering canada due to a bad driving record. They took my boat and my 6000$ and I never saw my boat again!!”

“I had initially booked the service from shipyourcarnow. The representative has a classic story how this business works (don't fall for this wrong theory). He gave me a quote initially saying that he will definitely ship my car within time. after several follow ups and calls he said you have to put more money to get it delivered. i was so frustrated with his fraud stories and arrogance so i called another service (Montway). They said they will ship my car write away. I called these people again saying that please cancel my request, he asked me a question what montway has that we don't have. Now i have a answer,.. you guys are good at telling fraud stories while others are good at executing it. Montway delivered my car within 2 days.”

“I recently made a comment about this company that I had problem getting info about the status of my payments. The issue has been resolved and I no longer feel the way I did. The company was a great benefit to me and my business at the time, it sad that one person stop the flow of 2 great companies. And yes I would haul cars for them again only if i have no issue with my paper processing. Ship your car now has i do apologize for the misunderstandings and hope we can do bussiness again .”

“Good afternoon the service was ok not the best. First when I book my expedition they didn’t ask me any questions about my expedition. Like if it was lift or any mod which that could of been my fault I should of told them. The first driver was so good with talking to people that I didn’t mind meeting him 30 minutes so he didn’t have a problem loading my SUV. But seen that my truck was almost 8 foot tall he was trying to figure out if it would be safe to take. At the end he wasn’t able to take it because it was going to pass his height limit. He didn’t want my SUV to hit a bridge in the high way it was understanding. So I text the person the got me the driver and wait but no response so I call him in the morning to see if I can get a refund so I can drive it my self and he was going to charge me the difference on what he was going to pay the drive to get to where I need it for “cancellation fees”(the driver was going to get 1200 for the shipping and I pay 1470 for the whole thing so it was going to be 270 for cancellation fees). So I was like can you get another driver that would be able to take my SUV he was yes he said he can take it. I was like even if it’s 8 foot tall he was like yes on Saturday he will call you. Saturday came I haven’t hear anything so I try to call him to get the driver number to call him. So I called and ask around what time like a 2 or 3 hour window. so I can be free and I can find someone to pick me up after dropping the SUV and I’m not making him wait. First he was like I don’t know I’ll let you know. So I told him would that be in the morning or afternoon he was like I don’t know with an attitude. So I just told him to let me know when he was a hour away. Around 12 he text me and tells me I’ll be there in 30. So I text him are you able to get in to base he was like yes or do you want me to meet you in the visitor center he said no. I already knew we wasn’t going to be able to get in so I start heading to the center and when I got there he was getting turn around by the guards. He call me and ask where I was. I told him I have to do a u-turn that I’ll be there in a seconds. I get there and I was like sorry I don’t like making people wait. He ignore me and just started taking pictures of the truck and ask me for the keys he had another guy with him and said “it’s good”. I was like “ok?” I ask him when will the SUV get there he said Sunday night or Monday morning I was ok thanks m. So he got in his truck and the other guy got in my and they drove away. I was like there is a lot of room here where he can just put my SUV in the trailer but I don’t know he know what he is doing. So I gave my sister his number on Sunday night bc he didn’t text me when I ask him if the SUV was going to get there today or tomorrow. So I haven’t hear anything from the drive and it was around 12pm. So I give a call and he started yelling at me before I could say something if I was going to call him 9 to 10x about my SUV and I was like wtf. This is the first time I call you the reason I’m calling you is because I haven’t heard anything about my SUV and he yells at me and tell me that he already talk to my wife I was like my sister he was yes whoever I talk to and told her I was going to be there at 3. So I just said ok thank and I call my sister and he was rude to her. my sister has 2 kids and she just wanted to have time so she was afraid that she was going to be late and he just leave the truck there or take it with him. She got the truck and it was close to empty which I put a little pass a quarter because I know that they have to move in and out the trailer but to be at empty I don’t think he had to move it that much but I really don’t know and she said they just have her the key and just rude. I told her not to worry about it you got the SUV. I like to be understanding of what people have to do and it hard sometimes so I try to work with them but it has been the worst experience I have had and I have use other companies to ship my cars because I have to go to different base in the country im sorry for the one start and it might just be me that this happened to and it might now be you but I will not use this site again”

“Worst experience I’ve ever had. Transport driver made multiple excuses for being a day late for pickup and was over a week late on delivery. Company took no responsibility for anything. Don’t go through a broker.”

“Be aware of the reps for this company lie about delivery dates. I was supposed to get my car delivered last night it never showed. He was supposed to be here at 8am and still hasn’t showed, and the all of a sudden his truck has broken down.”

“The car was delivered late, I was lied to repeatedly about delivery status, and the shipper damaged the car both loading and unloading. The driver also damaged the two other vehicles he was hauling. After the 4th missed delivery date and no word from the driver or customer service I disputed the charge on my CC. 5 weeks later I still have not been reimbursed for the damages and SYCN appears to only be concerned about resolving the CC dispute and getting paid, not making things right with a customer. I feel like I paid a premiuim for the shipment, only Reliable quoted slightly higher, but I did not get premium service. Find someone else that owns their trucks and drivers, not a broker. Try calling the "24 hr customer service" after normal business hours. To be more objective about my 1 star rating I could quantify it this way: Pick up scheduled quickly? Yes, 1 star Delivered on time? No, 0 stars Delivered undamaged? No, 0 stars Value for my money? 0 stars Customer service? 0 stars”

“My car was supposed to take10 to 14 days to ship. It ended up taking a month because Ship Your Car Now does not keep up to date with shipping schedules of the shipping companies they use. Because of the extra 2 week delay, I ended up paying more for a rental car then it did to ship my car.”

“To be honest, I’ve never done a google review before; however, due to how BAD and unprofessional this service was I highly recommend you read this review to gauge if you should use this business to transport your car. First thing first, for someone who may not know how this type of business works, these individuals are just brokers. They do not control or own any trucks. That being said, all they do is put a bid into a system and wait for an actual trucking company to accept it. If your bid is to low, then it will take awhile for a truck to actually accept the bid. With that in mind, this was my experience with using ship your car now. In the beginning of June I reached out to this company to get a quote to have my car transported from NC to AZ. The person I dealt with assured me that he would get it done within the timeframe I needed. By the end of the conversation, I decided to go with this business and paid in full for their service. Everything seemed to be going well until the day of the pick-up arrived. The day my car was supposed to be picked up arrived and I heard nothing but silence. I decided to call the broker to find out what the situation was and he assured me that someone was coming today. In fact, he told me he would call me back soon to confirm. 5 hours goes by and I hear absolutely nothing. I finally call him back and he tells me that he will have it picked within a week from now. Not only did he lie to me about the pick-up date, but he completely ruined my travels plans due to his inability to communicate the issue. Instead, he continued to lie and lie and push back the pick up date. In fact, this went on for over a week. Eventually, I just gave up and decided to get a refund. It’s been over two weeks and I still have yet to receive my money. I finally called their accounting department and their “accountant” told me the process takes 7-10 days. Well, it’s been over two weeks and I still have not received me money. In conclusion, this company has TERRIBLE communication skills and is willing to lie to you over and over in order for you to pay. I highly recommend DO NOT use this company.”

“They picked up my 33 foot cruiser yachts boat on 20 Jan 2020, nearly a year now, they never delivered my boat. The transportation company said they can not cross the boarder into canada. I have tried everything to get compensation, the insurance cover they provided me says it is a breach of contract by the transport company and does nit cover!! Be careful with this company”

“Really don't even want to give him a star I was forced to, customer service was terrible, and possible to get in contact with somebody on the weekend I received my car days after they told me I would nobody called me gave me a heads up I heard from the dispatch team one time and never again did this best team didn't even come to my resident I had to meet them somewhere there was very rude and was rushing me to sign the paperwork”

“First off let me start by saying ship your car now does not ship your car The contract somebody to ship your car and the contractors they use are not very responsible my car was a week and a half late from the date that they told me it would be here I missed three days worth of work because nobody informed me that they wasn't coming on the date that they told me they were coming, the dispatch was impossible to get in contact with would not even text me back, I was told I will receive pictures of my car as it was loaded on the transfer truck I never received any of those pictures I missed three days worth of work causing me to lose $425, they refused to give me a refund of anything, the customer service was horrible, they could not even get in contact with dispatch to let me know when my car will arrive finally when they got in contact with dispatch he set a date and it was still 3 days after that before I received my car, let me state again ship your car now does not ship your car they contract somebody and the people they contract they know nothing about, I would definitely get my car shipped by someone else I would not use this company.
