Wish I could give ZERO stars. Probably lost in transit. Pressured into using "Expedited" delivery for a substantial up-charge. Pick-up occurred at the absolute latest possible moment on the estimated date. SHIP made Seller stay an hour late at work to supervise the load-out. Provided an estimated delivery date of 8/6 and claimed that they were going to "drive through the night". Delivery date comes and goes without a WORD from the company DESPITE being signed up for text updates. Reached out to the endless voicemail system multiple times, leave messages - NEVER even the courtesy of a call back. After emailing the company I was told the delivery would occur on a SUNDAY - well, I was born at night but not last night! NO ONE delivers on a SUNDAY! But, I waited, held my breath and of course, NO DELIVERY. NO CALL. NO EMAIL. NO RESPONSE. Monday comes, the Seller and I both reach out and this firm is NOWHERE to be found. Refusing to provide an update. Refusing to respond. Complete SILENCE. DO NOT USE!!! Your regret and aggravation will be profound. Will be opening a BBB Claim as well. I am sure the vehicle has been damaged but I can't verify because oh wait .... it has not been delivered. I will be seeking a refund/credit.
