I contacted this company for my car to be shipped from South Carolina to Pennsylvania. First things first, they pretend they have drivers in which they outsource with different smaller companies to whomever chooses the left overs via what they quote you! My car was sitting on a national load board for a week. Finally I spoke with the driving company. The gentleman was nice and told me about the scheduled pick up.in which they stated he would be there Thursday By 3. He then called back and said if anything would I be ok with Friday bc the driver was coming from Texas and there are driving restrictions, I told them it would have to be early Friday in which my grandparent had a very emergent appointment that afternoon. Thursday comes, 3 pm, nothing, I call the driver then said no later than 6! 7 pm comes I call, he states he’s in Myrtle beach and is it ok if he picks up by 9 I said sure! 9 comes nothing I finally get a text after 10 stating he had an issue and couldn’t make it. I was like ok but in the morning I need you there before 10 your only 1 hour away. The car wasn’t picked up until 8pm! Then on the drop off date he’s late in which I had arrangements for my brother to be there. No one should have to wait around, but get a make sure you have your money text! How unprofessional

I was told my truck would arrive 7/18/20 in the morning, it was picked up the evening before. I tried calling around 3 pm finally got my call returned stating driver was having an issue and may not arrive until next morning but assured me the driver would call. At 3 pm on 7/29/20 I started trying to reach Jason again, he wouldn’t return my calls but had the driver call me. Driver said he was 1 1/2 hours out. 2 hours later I called driver who said he was still 1 1/2 hours away. 2 hours later 8:30 pm he shows up saying he picked up my truck in Dallas, it was coming from Houston None of these people can tell the truth. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . Shop around and find a reputable transportation company that will communicate and be honest. They were recommended by the dealer I bought from I hope the dealer learns from this and uses someone else. Jason can’t be trusted.

My friend found my order from Rochester IN he called to do that in 1 day but still not received. Don't be picky with carriers. Don't believe them.

If you care about your car get and covered trailer!!!!!! I should have known this. To start— Good pickup, good communication but I wrapped the car because it was high value car. My bad because they later use that against me saying the could not see car. Even though I had picks of the car from before wrap. Wrap blew ofF in some sort of wind storm. Still good with that happening. Car shows up with so much dirt and sand. Still ok until I washed car and found the car had scratches all over it from sand and dirt. Call customer service nothing they can do. I had car buffed out for 200.00 and they would not even split bill. Worse part, they were suppose to show up at 2:30, get a call took a wrong turn 1.5 hours alway. Was told they would show up at 3:40? No show I call and they finally show up 2.5 hours later at 5:50. Not sure what they were doing?? Ever heard of GPS? Will not use again!!

I was given an estimated date of Monday 1/13/20. It is now 7:08 pm the contract states that the dispatcher will call you within 12-24 hours. I have not received and call yet why because my vehicle was just picked up. I was rushed to make the payment on Friday 1/10/20 guaranteeing my vehicle to be picked up that day by Abe Tarzy. This was not true I was told that I would be given a number where I could communicate with the dispatcher nope, I continuously was pushed to voicemail but, curiously the shipment company could always get in contact with this person. I should have taken heed to the reviews of poor communication, and delivery date being unreliable. If you like complete transparency, constant communication, and honesty this is NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. This was a lesson learned. This a company you may want to pass by.

these people are a bunch of crooks they should be locked up in prison for fraud. they steal peoples money and do not fulfill the job. i had over $2000 stolen by these crooks. never got my money back from them. they are good at what they do they are deceiving they will act professional on the phone just to take your money once they take your money and then you find out you been scammed and try and talk with them to resolve the matter they threaten you. i been dealing with them for 6 months trying to get my money back nothing.

I ASKED WHEN I SIGNED UP TO HAVE MY VEHICLES SHIPPED IF THEY WERE INSURED AND IF MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED WOULD THEY DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE THE DRIVER BACKED MY 2000 CAMARO SS UP ONTO THE TRUCK AND THE MUFFLER GOT CAUGHT ON THE FRAME I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED, WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE REPAIRED TURNS OUT THE DRIVERS DEDUCTIBLE WAS MORE THAN THE REPAIR AND THE COMPANY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET THE MONEY FROM THE DRIVER..... THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY TOLD ME WHEN I SIGNED ON ITS A YEAR NOW AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME FOR THE DAMAGE

Should be ashamed about how they communicate with customers. How do they stay in business. Giving truck drivers a bad rep. Will not deliver when promised & will not communicate when they should. Very much in need of transported vehicle.

Worst communication ever. Car was scheduled to be delivered a week ago. Everyday it’s supposed to be here you have to call because they don’t. Them they tell you it’s delayed four days. Other companies are cheaper and do better work. Stay away from this company. I’m just hoping my vehicle comes without damage.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR VEHICLES WITH A COMPANY CALLED FREIGHTFORWARDERS CO.UK. THEY ARE CONMEN, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T FULLFILL THE AGREEMENT. BEWARE OF THE GUY CALLING HIMSELF KENNEDY, HE IS THE CHIEF CONMAN. DON'T DEAL WITH THAT COMPANY AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET. ☹️

I'm a professional car/hauler and I saw the ad for a vehicle that needed to be transported. The price was 500.00 and I called to book and transport the vehicle. I checked the site again and the price was reduced to 450.00. I questioned the agent and I did not receive a valid reason of the price change. The distance did not reflect the proper amount of pay to haul a vehicle through 5 states. I did not accept the price decrease and I feel that this company wasn't honest and "LOW BALLED". As carriers we do the hardest work to ensure customers receive their vehicles in a timely manner and handle the vehicles with care. Unfortunately carriers are paid less than what the actual transport is paying. Going forward, please practice honesty when you post and stop undercutting the actual price that the customer pays. Your company is for profit but remember the drivers do all of the work to get these vehicles to their destinations unscathed.

Do not use this company. Unless you want someone rude to take your vehicle to a warehouse or some place where it will sit for months while you wait to have it shipped. And, Rubin and other staff lies to you, evade your questions, and disrespect you in general by holding your vehicle hostage, and you may never get it back! Go elsewhere to get your car shipped.

If I could give a 0 I would. We booked our car transport 2 1/2 weeks in advance. We were told multiple times verbally and through email (we could barely get him by phone because his mailbox is always full) that things were right on track by our agent Steven Ashley. In the days prior to scheduled pick up we spoke to 5 different people, including a supervisor expressing our concern and were told numerous times that they we confident that the car would be picked up on time. No one did. We also later found out that Steven had taken it upon himself to post the job for $300 more than he quoted us. Every time we reached out to the company, each employee would say something negative about the other and tell us that they would fix it. After foolishly believing that they would fix the missed pick up date, we called another company Saturday night. Within 48 hours, they were able to confirm and ship our car.

Just got off the phone with a sale rep for this company for international car shipment process. The sale rep is so rude, didn't want to provide any information of what the customer is asking. The worst part is he just hung up the phone before even answer my question. I would not recommend this shipping company at all

I got on line and gave my information to get a quote, at the end of putting in my information, it told me to call an 800 number. When you call the number, you get an answering machine that tells you all agents are busy. I have called 3x's already. How many times do you have to call to get a quote before you go somewhere else????

I got to deal with “Bill” William Nicol. He called me after i called to get a quote. I originally went with another company but got tired of their bs. So when Bill called me back and told me “I’m really good at what I do” I said let’s see what you got. He called me a couple days later and told me he had a truck in the area to pick the car I bought up. His price was 600 dollars more than everyone else but I said if it can get the car that day let’s do it. Did the car get picked that day? Nope! He said he had another truck lined up for Wednesday morning. Did it picked up that morning? Nope! When I called he said he would call me in the evening and let me know where we stand. Did he call me that evening? Nope! I called him and texted him. He got back to me and said he didn’t know if it got loaded up or not and he would call me in the morning. Just a recap. Bill told me Monday morning he had a truck for my car that day. Now I’m only hoping it’s on a truck Thursday morning. But he keeps telling me how great of a job he’s doing for me. Thursday morning come and he said the truck driver refused my car. It’s not running and driving. Which I told him in the beginning. Also because parts were inside the car it was a hazard. I agree with that. But again in the beginning I asked Bill to reach out to the seller. I’ve never physically seen the car so I could answer questions about it. Bill said he did so this stuff should’ve been known. The seller told me the truck driver just said he didn’t have the right straps and just left. I believe him since he was actually there. Bill called me and said I lied which I did not and refunded my money. Now a week wasted and my car hasn’t moved. There’s so much more bs to this story but I’m done typing. Do not use Bill. He’s just a salesman and will tell everyone involved what they want to hear for the sale. Not because he’s really doing his job.
