“I got to deal with “Bill” William Nicol. He called me after i called to get a quote. I originally went with another company but got tired of their bs. So when Bill called me back and told me “I’m really good at what I do” I said let’s see what you got.
He called me a couple days later and told me he had a truck in the area to pick the car I bought up. His price was 600 dollars more than everyone else but I said if it can get the car that day let’s do it. Did the car get picked that day? Nope! He said he had another truck lined up for Wednesday morning. Did it picked up that morning? Nope! When I called he said he would call me in the evening and let me know where we stand. Did he call me that evening? Nope! I called him and texted him. He got back to me and said he didn’t know if it got loaded up or not and he would call me in the morning. Just a recap. Bill told me Monday morning he had a truck for my car that day. Now I’m only hoping it’s on a truck Thursday morning. But he keeps telling me how great of a job he’s doing for me. Thursday morning come and he said the truck driver refused my car. It’s not running and driving. Which I told him in the beginning. Also because parts were inside the car it was a hazard. I agree with that. But again in the beginning I asked Bill to reach out to the seller. I’ve never physically seen the car so I could answer questions about it. Bill said he did so this stuff should’ve been known. The seller told me the truck driver just said he didn’t have the right straps and just left. I believe him since he was actually there. Bill called me and said I lied which I did not and refunded my money. Now a week wasted and my car hasn’t moved. There’s so much more bs to this story but I’m done typing. Do not use Bill. He’s just a salesman and will tell everyone involved what they want to hear for the sale. Not because he’s really doing his job.”
“This is absolutely the worst company to ever try and do business with. They could not keep the pickup date and time, made several attempts with a different story each time. They went as far as to contact the pickup site and attempt to have the truck moved off site and have keys left in the vehicle so their driver could pick it up at 2:00 a.m. without permission to do such. They are very difficult to work with but will not hesitate to take you $250 deposit and keep it!!! Please stay away from this company.”
“My car is ruined!!!!! They had Great Silk, a third party, ship my car from PA to CA and they shattered my sunroof, ruined my roof racks and alignment without even telling me it happened. This happened in August and I'm still getting the run around because no one will claim the responsibility. Its over $6, 000 in damages and it very frustrating! I just want it fixed!”
“1. Consumer service claimed to be open "24/7". Which is FALSE! I contacted them serveral time and received voicemail boxes stating that they were closed.
2. My driver was more 2 and half hours late to the pick up location. When I contact the company about this issue not only did I get forwarded to voicemail boxes but when I finally got a representative they yelled and hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again and definitely would not recommend! If I hand the opportunity to give negative stars they would definitely recieve them! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONSUMER SERVICE!
3. In addition the company gave the driver the wrong information. This company is just money hungry! DO NOT USE!!!”

“I was told the car would arrive on 2nd or 3rd at latest. The car arrived late night of 3rd. Called Truck driver couple of times but he never gave us ETA and he tried even meet us at the truck station instead of Door to door. We were so frustrated from start to end. It was teribble experience.”
“i initially contacted this company regarding a quote to germany. when i decided to use another company, a guy by the name of ron, started harassing me and telling me the company I'm using was a scam place. this turned out be untrue and all lies. i checked with the federal maritime commission and it turns out that this company are the scam artists. be careful and be warned”
