Gary and Ryan were helpful in arranging shipment from NV to FL when another broker kept stringing me along without results. Gary promised to keep me informed of progress once a carrier was located, but, the next call I received was from the carrier and I never heard from Gary again. Christian, the driver, was courteous, careful and quick. The car was delivered on the 6th day. There was no damage in transport. Value for this service is a relative thing because it is a dynamic marketplace with brokers mostly sharing a common system, so that insight and secondary relationships play some role. ShipYourCarNow came through where another company could not. IMHO the price was about 10% higher than it should have been, and communication after the carrier was in the loop could have been better, but they got the job done.

Took 8 days after I paid to get my car shipped. Specifically told sales person car had to be delivered Monday thru Wednesday only. I called and asked where my car was after 8 days and had a company text me confirmation that my car would be delivered Thursday. I told them that wouldn't work because we wouldn't be home. They said it was the last car they were delivering and it would be Thursday around 2. We had to arrange for our daughter to accept the car and it was a stick shift so she couldn't pull it into garage so the car sat in the rain for 4 days. We were told all this was because our sales person had family issues to take care of and was gone for 5 days. As we do understand this happens there wasn't someone else checking on his accounts while he was gone?

They delivered my bike to the agreed upon destination. This is my second time using Ship Your Car Now, but this second round was nowhere near as pleasant as the first time. The first time I gave them my bike info, my schedule, did all the paperwork, and they took care of the rest. This second time around I had to arrange all of the logistics to ship my bike out of Hawaii and then once again to get it transported from San Diego to San Jose, CA. The bike also arrived with a damaged clutch lever. It completely broke off which means that the bike was tipped over and it landed on the lever-that's the only way that kind of damage occurs. The only reason this isn't a huge deal is because the bike is already cosmetically messed up. I also would have a hard time arguing for reimbursement on the broken part for the same cosmetic reasons. If this was a nice looking bike, this would be 100% unacceptable. The guy who delivered my bike also said he wasn't very good with bikes and had me take it down from the second level of his truck. We both almost fell off. The people the Ship Your Car Now hired to deliver the back basically unloaded on me all their excuses for why the bike wasn't enroute to me yet: I had to call so and so and get paperwork-which wasn't true, or they're truck broke down and they couldn't deliver it. None of this was my job. I just wanted someone to take care of this whole process once I signed off and paid on it like my first time using Ship Your Car Now.

Over priced, and my car now leaks oil. The lot I dropped my car off at for pickup was amazed by how much I was quoted at and said they usually ship for have the price. I couldn't do anything at that point cause I already signed the contract

Vehicle was delivered in perfect shape. The driver that was used was excellent. In that I think my shipment was initially forgotten and it was not delivered on time due to SYCN not the driver.

The actual pick-up and delivery of my vehicle went very well. The driver of the transport truck kept in touch and let me know what was going on.

Shipment was scheduled in a hard side enclosed truck with lift tailgate, vehicle delivered in a trailer with canvas siding and a steep ramp which possibly damaged the vehicle.

Bill was a good salesman but not honest about delivery day. It is not ok to say "normally two days" and take five days. You don't want to be on the receiving end tied down in the house thinking the car will be there.

The original day of pickup was postponed by three days. I had to initiate most of the communication. The date of delivery was the 8th but I did not get my car until the 10th. Again I had to initiate most of the communication. The car was delivered in good shape and very close to my address. (I live in a residential area with narrow roads). All in all it was an OK experience. I just wish I received more phone calls from your company explaining the delays.

Ship your car now charged me $500 just to locate a trucker. By the time my car arrived in my area I was given a call at 8pm by the truck and told to pick the car up at 8am 17 miles from my house. I was never told I would have to drive that far to get my classic car that I bought online and the trucker gave me a bunch of attitude because I asked why no one told me I'd have to drive or front be a ride in little notice to pick it up. All in all it cost me $1900 to ship my car from Florida .

First off, the company had good intentions, but failed to perform up yo their promised standard. Most of the Brokers that contacted me do not want money up front until the car was delivered. I paid in full ahead of time, thinking that was the best way to do it for me; it was Christmas time and I had to know exactly how much money I was spending. The company had several authorizations against my debit card that were taken care of and did fall off but the authorizations were not what I had expected nor authorized. The amount that I paid was one thing, but I never knew about a $100 pre authorize charge, which appeared twice and later fell off after Christmas. The original authorization also appeared twice, dwindling my available balance on Christmas Eve! All that is just simply policy and accounting that seems to be in need of improvement. But the worst was yet to come. Their driver failed to pick up my truck on the date he was supposed to and I had to call again to my broker to see where my vehicle was. They had said they would get another person, of course several days later. Then I got a call from the original driver whom they said they fired and he brought me my vehicle. He brought my vehicle using a 48 foot long trailer which I also said I did not want. I specifically said they would need a flatbed. He had nowhere to turn around and got stuck; I spent my whole morning helping him get out and eventually used my own car to pull his tow truck vehicle out of the mud. The tires on his dually were bald and his long trailer hung over the side of my hill. All this plus getting my vehicle many days later than promised is the reason I cannot recommend the company.

We used your company in April and the service was great. However, this time we had to wait 5 days to get our car. If we had known it ahead of time we could've rented a car at the airport and would not have been without a car for so long a time. When the driver finally arrived, he complained about us packing too much stuff in our car. You need to let customers know how much (# of lbs?) We can put in it. But then again, how would we be able to weigh the things in our car? The driver had looked through our car because he knew exactly what was in there. This was somewhat disconcerting to us.__Have always enjoyed talking to Jay and he has been supportive to us

Jay was great on the front-end customer service and arranging for a quick pickup. My frustration lies with the lack of communication from the moment my car was picked up until delivered. It came last night, which was 2 days later than I had initially anticipated, and I received an e-mail from your system on Monday saying it was "on time for delivery on 12/13/16" so I proceeded with trading in my vehicle and then was left trying to scramble to find a rental car and alternative transport when I found out (only after I called in) that we were not in fact on time for delivery, but we didn't have an ETA. I realize this is the shipping company's fault, but I would really encourage more proactive communication in the future. This experience has made me never want to buy a vehicle from out of state again, if I'm being honest.

you guys do not have your own peoples to ship your cars , so you cannot depend on the company for good service.you tell a person so many days and you cannot depend on that ,it whenever they arrive and they expect you to be there, that not business,

My contact/rep was very helpful and proactive, but unfortunately the first contracted driver was totally unprofessional and gave one excuse after another for delayed pick up day. Luckily our rep found another reliable driver that saved the day!

Signed your contract on Oct 26, for All American Transport driver to pick up my car on Saturday, Oct 29th. All American driver called me 3 hours after I signed contract saying he wanted to pick my car up in an hour. Told him either pick it up on Saturday or just forget about it. Driver finally picked up my car on Friday, Oct 28 at noon. I was told car would be delivered on Thursday Nov 6th. Received a call from Steve Labagnara on Thursday, Nov 6th saying my car would be delivered on Sunday and someone would call. No call, I called All American and my car was finally delivered Sunday at 2:30PM. Poor communication between Ship Your Car, All American Transport and myself led to some very frustrating days.

They do a good job finding a transporter quickly, I have shipped cars frequently for my used auto business and they do good, the problem is after the vehicle is dispatched they don't do any follow up, my last vehicle was 5 days late getting picked up and I had to check on it myself. When I contacted them they said they didn't know anything about it. My suggestion is if your going to broker transportation you should have some kind of system to follow the vehicle from dispatch to delivery, it shouldn't be the buyers responsibility.
