The car was delivered late, I was lied to repeatedly about delivery status, and the shipper damaged the car both loading and unloading. The driver also damaged the two other vehicles he was hauling.
After the 4th missed delivery date and no word from the driver or customer service I disputed the charge on my CC. 5 weeks later I still have not been reimbursed for the damages and SYCN appears to only be concerned about resolving the CC dispute and getting paid, not making things right with a customer. I feel like I paid a premiuim for the shipment, only Reliable quoted slightly higher, but I did not get premium service. Find someone else that owns their trucks and drivers, not a broker. Try calling the "24 hr customer service" after normal business hours.
To be more objective about my 1 star rating I could quantify it this way:
Pick up scheduled quickly? Yes, 1 star
Delivered on time? No, 0 stars
Delivered undamaged? No, 0 stars
Value for my money? 0 stars
