He followed-up via e-mail, texted, and called at various points in the process, and made sure I was educated about not only HIS process, but the overall industry. He was a breath of fresh air after I had several interactions with other shipping companies that promised lower rates, and after sucking me in, they used bait-and-switch tactics, outright lied, and so on.
