I dreaded this part of the move because I'd read real horror stories online about delays, problems, and damage. As it turned out, I didn't need to. The prediction of pickup was accurate, the guy who came was efficient and professional, and drove my car to his truck so I didn't have to. My car arrived in Seattle sooner than I had expected, and once again the driver made it very easy for me to meet him and pick up the car. After all my anxiety, the smoothness was a very pleasant surprise.
