Overall, good experience, especially in view of this being a first time. Once connected with the driver, he stayed in touch while transporting. In view of our narrow streets and turns, we suggested a drop off area where he could off load easily, and it was close to our home, so everything turned out well. As a matter of fact, we were out running some errands when we saw the driver go by, so within minutes, he was on his way again. No damage, a little dirty, as to be expected from an open carrier.
