They were great from start to finish. My car was picked up on time after another shipper totally flaked. The driver, Oleg, was professional, warm and friendly. I especially appreciated the heads up call for delivery time. Oleg drove through rain, sleet and snow, totally horrible weather, from the Pac NW to the CA desert, and actually arrived a little before his projected time. I will certainly use Ship Your Car Now when we return to the northwest. And I will ask for Oleg! I appreciated saving a few days rental for a car because of delays, but mostly I appreciated people who care--and do what they say they will do. That other unnamed shipper in the San Fernando Valley that totally flaked cost me a 5 day car rental fee.
