This was a learning experience, I will begin by saying they got my car across country safe and sound. That being the ultimate goal, I gave them a good rating. However, being a first time client, the customer service end was a nightmare. I dealt with a fast talking broker named James Rapp, though I have never done that line of work I am experienced in customer service, expectation setting and listening skills. I was not given all the details needed for a first time client and since the driver spoke no English there was some confusion when picking the vehicle up. All I got was interrupted and rushed off the line when speaking with Mr. Rapp. Just a couple extra minutes of going over details would have prevented all of the confusion.
