William was very flexible with me and my very tight turnaround schedule. Not only did he change my schedule with about 3 hours notice, the driver ended up delivering my car a day early. I would have been happy with an on-time delivery, but an early delivery exceeded all expectations. The driver was extremely polite and I felt like my car was in good hands.
