He kept me informed of everything;every step that would be taken and had answers to any question I asked (usually before I even asked them). My car was shipped from Fort Worth, TX to Sevier County, TN, and arrived in perfect condition, in the time frame I was quoted. The transport driver was polite, patient and so very courteous!
