I have to admit I was a little concerned when my 80-year-old mother facilitated the move of her vehicle from California to Arizona and the fact that the company had already taken payment before the vehicle had been picked up. When the driver did not show at the time he was supposed to show I was really concerned. At this point, I talked to a dispatcher by the name of Carrie H. she took the time to explain to me what was going on in detail and insured me everything was OK. The reality of transporting a vehicle it’s not like calling an Uber driver where they are ready to pick you up when you call however there are a lot of moving parts involved with transporting a vehicle and timing is everything The bottom line is the price was fair the dispatcher provided great customer service and the driver was courteous polite and professional and my mother received her vehicle with no problems. She was 100% satisfied. This was our experience with the company.
