I was supposed to get a delivery from Zara.co on 11/20/2023. I got a text from the Optima that my packet was delivered. I was home at that time, also have a video alarm system, which records if any activities at the door, including delivery. Packet was never delivered. I went thru the video clips of 11/20/2023, and no delivery was recorded. Optima customer service still insist that my packet was delivered at the right address. I am one frustrated customer
