“I received a message from Optima Overnight telling me they had a package for me, but it was addressed to my Post Office Box, and they don't deliver to post office boxes. So I called them and gave them my street address. No problem, we'll get that out to you within 48 hours. 4 days later and no package, I checked the tracking and it said returned to sender? I called to confirm, and they never put in my street address and returned the package to the sender. FAIL”
“I was supposed to get a delivery from Zara.co on 11/20/2023. I got a text from the Optima that my packet was delivered. I was home at that time, also have a video alarm system, which records if any activities at the door, including delivery. Packet was never delivered. I went thru the video clips of 11/20/2023, and no delivery was recorded. Optima customer service still insist that my packet was delivered at the right address. I am one frustrated customer”
