Very poor service - after contacting Claire Mills I was accused of lying about the non-delivery of my package. Without any notification I also discovered on my credit card that I had been credited for something that was not communicated to me - ie. not given an option to cancel my order if the omitted item may affect my project? After a second email of complaint to Claire I was merely sent a Royal Mail notification of the non-delivery without even as much as an apology. What disgraceful behaviour! If the omitted item affects my project I would be expected to return the goods at my further expense and inconvenience - this again is disgraceful business attitude. Never will be returning to doing business with this online retailer again.
