There are mixed reviews about this company, and I wouldn't have ordered if I'd read them first. I received an email confirming my order (over £70) and saying I would receive another when the wool was dispatched. My account showed the debit the following day. After a week I sent a polite email, saying that I understood that the pandemic might well be causing problems but asking for an update. Three phone-calls went unanswered. A week later, I managed to speak to Claire, who immediately said the wool was out of stock in the colours I'd ordered, and offered to refund my payment. The two stars is just to reflect the fact that the refund appeared in my account the following day, but the lack of communication, a website incapable of indicating 'out of stock' and the willingness to immediately accept payment even though the lack of stock must surely have been known is very poor business practice.
