Very quick & efficient service. Was kept up to date with despatch notices & love my choice of wool, hayfield chunky with wool…..my only criticism is package was so tightly packed that when I tried to cut open top I managed to go through a couple of strands on one of the balls! 😖 will leave that bell until the end. All in all I would definitely use again, thank you Shirley Wools 🧶
