Shambles of a company email to say they have sent the yarn never arrived I phoned and told they didn’t have what I wanted. They have refunded I was waiting for it due to the first email saying status sent. This has happened 2 times out of 5 .
She even had the check to say I was rude when I said I will never order again from them . Also sent 5 email’s no reply had to phone
