Shirley wools supplied me with 8 balls of wool but when I unwound one, it had several meters of black wool as part of the ball instead of the blue colour I had ordered. When I contacted them about this I was told it was way too late to complain so basically tough! I pointed out that she was obliged to either replace or refund it irrespective of how long it had been since I bought it as it was faulty goods & was told “these are my terms” - in other words, if you don’t like it, sue me!. Rubbish customer service & will never buy from them again. Suggest if you buy their products you check what you have received as you will only get short shift if you complain!
