Hi My name is Caroline, I have ordered many times now from you and always found the service excellent, the prices competitive and some patterns added a a surprise! I have not had use for the patterns but have given them to a colleague at work. I am always buying wool because I knit ventilator hats for work and have been doing this for many years with a pattern I made. I also like the fact that you post via Royal Mail as I have had problems with other companies leaving it in the rain or a bin and have had other parcels go missing because they have been left in full view for anyone to take so keep up your good service many thanks Caroline x
