I ordered several patterns and some yarn. It arrived within days, but there was an error, due to two patterns having the same number. I emailed Shirley Wools and got a reply within the hour, which resolved the matter, along with an apology about causing me the trouble of having to contact them over it. Well done Shirley Wools for good service and fast action to correct an error. Will certainly shop here again.
