ShirtMax twice cancelled my order and then disabled my account. My first order they requested a copy of my drivers license and when I didn't respond quickly enough they cancelled my first order. I re-ordered, and this time they requested a copy of my credit card, a picture of the front and back of my card. No explanation as to why. When I pushed back and requested why they needed this information they cancelled my order and disabled my account (!!!!) I have NEVER experienced this before in my life. To make things worse, after I submitted my license the first time, I had fraudulent charges on my credit card (again, this has never happened to me before either). I was willing to let the first event go (requesting a copy of my license), but after getting the fraudulent charges, and them asking for a picture of my credit card, front and back - that was a hard NO. When I tried to reach them there is no number to call. I emailed them and they provided no explanation, just that my account is disabled. THE WORST!
