I have a fair collection of different SHO products now and absolutely love each and every one. I must also say that customer service has been fantastic, I recently received some new rubber seals for one of my sports bottles after I was unable to thoroughly clean the original. In the recent hot weather, my drinks have stayed cold and refreshing even when left in a hot car for extended periods.
