I have been shopping at The Shoe Garden for many years. My early days were via long distance/online, and after a move now it’s in person. I have had only stellar customer service experiences over the years. The deliveries were always very quick, and the one time I had to return a very pretty pair of green sandals (sadly too narrow for me), it was easy, quick and money was returned immediately. The shop itself is cute, has a lot of variety and the owner Carol has always been in residence when I have been there and has helped me. She has always been pleasant and knowledgeable and suggests various styles. For us long footed people, this shop is a godsend and makes shoe shopping a pleasure for probably the first time ever (if you have longer than average feet, you know how painful shopping for shoes usually is). Those of us in this club know how important this little shop of goodies is for us. Thank you Carol.
