“What a wonderful experience it was to stop into Carol's shop. She helped me tremendously, I found beautiful floral shoes with a Japanese floral origami print in my size that I have seen nowhere else and they were sent wrapped in beautiful paper and bows. It was a delight to shop here!”

“Carol is wonderful! She stocks sizes that many other shoe shops do not. Ladies with ‘longer feet’ no longer need to feel embarrassed or left out as her shoes are very glamorous and comfortable”

“The Shoe Garden is such a great place to visit. I find so many different shoes that are comfy, colourful with lots of variety. It's a friendly place to visit, with the staff just so helpful. Its so lovely to be able to go to a shoe shop to find shoes for a size 43 that are actually wearable and reasonably priced.”

“A trip over the bridge to The Shoe Garden always makes me happy because I know I will discover another fabulous pair (or two) of magnificent shoes like my recent Bresley’s in Silver Mesh and the ever reliable Los Cabos summer slides in Gold. I also am always happy to see Carol again, her impressive and attentive customer service is worth the drive alone! I have been sold on The Shoe Garden for years now and they never disappoint - in person or online! Long feet peeps - get on board - you won’t regret it!❤️”

“I have made 2 purchases at the Shoe Garden now. The first was in store and I am very happy with my size 10 dressy sandals for a wedding. I always have difficulty finding size 10 in standard department stores and Carol had exactly the style I was looking for. Today, I had an online query about some shoes I saw in Carol's recent newsletter (I don't live in Brisbane). Carol replied very promptly and alerted me to the fact that I can also purchase from her online store and have the shoes either sent to me or to pick up. I am very impressed with the service and prices at The Shoe Garden. I will be back!”

“I found a beautiful pair of pink sandals at the Shoe Garden through reading Carol's email and the lovely Carol put aside my sizes for when I was going to pop into the store as I live about one hour away. Unfortunately I was sick and didn't get to the store as planned but Carol went out of her way to keep the shoes set aside for me until I could come into the store. When I did visit a few weeks later, I met Sam and she was so lovely, helping me with sizes as I found more beautiful shoes to try on, which wasn't my initial plan. But, seeing all those stunning shoes on display it was such a delight. So after settling on the sandals I initially went to try on, I also purchased a gorgeous pair of slip on wedges that were so pretty. I don't often visit the Shoe Garden, this was only my second visit in many years, but it was so lovely to be able to try on different shoes and the range to choose from is just fantastic. I have struggled all my life to find beautiful shoes to fit my size 11 feet, so thank you Carol for looking after us ladies with longer/wider feet. I will definitely be back again!”

“Another visit to Carol and her Shoe Garden - always an uplifting experience! Plenty of colour and styles to choose from and a cheery conversation thrown in. Arrived with two pairs of shoes for the ‘Pre-Loved Garden’ and walked out with two pairs of new slides from the Sale section! A new meaning to the Circle of Life.”

“I was looking for some chocolate brown winter shoes, not boots, and I was thrilled to find a pair of Isabella shoes, in that colour, on sale at The Shoe Garden. I love this shop as I can always find something that I love in my size. I have spread the word to others with large size shoe needs as everyone needs to know about this great shop. Carole will direct you to a great coffee shop nearby too!”

“The Shoe Garden is amazing!!! I am in my 50s, have a wide size 11 feet and have such horrible memories of buying shoes in my teens and 20s. To find a store that has SO MANY shoes that fit me is remarkable. To have a choice in the shoes I buy and wear is just so lovely. The service is friendly & very helpful. Deliveries are well communicated and prompt. The price for quality of the shoes is very reasonable and there are always good sales to keep an eye on too. I have gone from hating shoe shopping to reading all the Shoe Garden newsletters and being excited about matching my outfits with the perfect shoe. The lolly bag popped in with your new pair of shoes is a terrific treat too!”
