“Such a wonderful experience. I enjoyed being able to try on multiple shoes, the owner was there and so lovely and supportive of not only me but everyone in attendance. She was so beautifully accommodating to all in the space proving to me a safe LGTBQI+ and particularly trans space.”

“Every visit to my sister is also a visit to this shop Carol and staff are exceptional the personal service we receive is amazing they know the best brands for my delicate not feet every time even over the phone honestly say no that shoe is not wide enough for my fitting❤️ Best Shoe Shop Ever 😊”

“I always enjoy visiting The Shoe Garden for Carol's vast array of gorgeous shoes, sandals and boots in my size! Gone are the exhausting days of traipsing all over Brisbane trying to find a pair of stylish and comfortable shoes in size 12 or 13. “Service here is 1st class. Carol is always obliging & happy to leave you to browse if that’s your style of shopping - no pressure. Love that Shoe Garden specialises in large sizes - let’s face it - we don’t all have tiny feet but we still want that pair of beautiful shoes to wear and there’s plenty of options here 💕💕”

“I am so happy I found the Shoe garden,needing a size 11 shoe has brought me endless journeys to shoe shops with no purchases.I have now been twice to Carol’s shop and bought 3pairs of shoes.Carol and her staff are wonderful and at long last I no longer feel an oddity having long feet.There is so much choice 🌸”

“Great shoes and service. I needed to replace a pair of silver shoes and ended up buying the silver I wanted and a cute pair of glam black sandals that I know will get lots of wear. I was also able to leave my old silver shoes, only worn once and now too high for me, to be sold to a new owner. win, win for everyone.”

“This was my first time ordering with the shoe garden. I was impressed by the prompt delivery, only a few days. The size was spot on and the quality is great. “I have been shopping at the Shoe Garden for years, online and in person when I travel from regional Western Australia. Every interaction I have with Carol and the team is exceptional. The customer service is friendly and helpful, the response to enquiries is timely and accurate. Online ordering is simple and speedy. The shoes are amazing! I wish that the Shoe Garden fairies had existed for my awkward 16 year old self. I’m thrilled that this older and wiser woman can always find something in this little corner of Brisbane.”

“The Shoe Garden offers a very vibrant website where we can easily view the hugely diverse range of footwear! Being able to sort of size for starters is just the best! Sale items are promoted promptly and it's easy to find bargains from time to time. My most recent purchase (sling back Supersoft Linden Nudes) arrived within 7 days which was great as I am currently working in a remote location in the Northern Territory!”
