I ordered a pair of shoes but it was too big I returned next day to request for smaller size I order on 5/7/22 they received my return on 5/31/22 I finally called to find out what happened to my return the customer service said they don't have the request finally they found the return he said do I want to order again I told him I don't want to order again I requested to exchange for smaller size he said that was no order to request so I got upsad I told him I want refund I didn't hear anything so I called again she said it going to take until 6/28/22 for me to see my refund I'm very disappointed the shoemall I will not buy anything from them again very bad bad bad bad
