I do not know why anyone orders shoes from Shoe Mall. This was the the first time I ordered sneakers from this company. The color was not as it looked on line and did not fit right.
When I returned them I was charged a $9 dollar plus return fee.
I have never had to pay for a return fee no matter what I had ordered from another company. But this company makes money on the returns. This is totally wrong. Buyer beware!!! Make sure you know that you have to pay to return sneakers, shoes or what ever you order from Shoe Mall!!!
