I chose shoetique for two reasons; competitive pricing and fantastic customer service. To date I have been reluctant purchasing footwear online as there is the possibility that fit won't always suit & may necessitate a return. This company has got it so right with free and easy returns. Luckily I didn't need to return my purchase, but their service would definitely encourage to purchase from them again. Oh and I ordered my shoes at 3pm and had them the next morning! Impressed
