I ordered a pair of ballerina Fitflops to try for wearing in the winter, as I live in my summer Fitflops. Your service was absolutely excellent, you do what you say you will do. Sadly the shoes were too wide and too shiny, they made my small feet look huge, I would have preferred suede, but they only do patent.
I returned them the same day and within three days you had refunded my money. Why would I ever buy Fitflops anywhere else when you provide such an excellent service? I will be back. A very satisfied customer.
