You can order 2 sizes and send one back - no quibbling. Everything arrives so quickly and immaculately packaged. Unpacking them is like receiving a present, they are so beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. When I couldn't find my invoice I e-mailed and they offered to send me a copy and when the lady who e-mailed me found out I hadn't been able to get back to them because I'd had a bad back she sent me a lovely sympathetic message. I'm sorry I can't rate you as "excellent" as I don't think I have ever had better service from any company.
