The item ordered for myself was shown on the invoice , but the shoes in the parcel received were not what I ordered so I had to return the goods. The shoes actually received I had bought a pair of earlier this year. I was disappointed that the wrong items were sent and now even more annoyed as a credit has been given not for the item for myself but for the item my wife ordered and kept. The credit amount received was less than the cost of the shoes I ordered as the item my wife ordered was cheaper than the shoes I ordered, which annoys me as well and will effect my future purchasing decisions.
