I never normally write reviews but I dealt with the loveliest customer service rep from Shona Joy.
I was really unsure with my sizing and the lady I spoke with (multiple times) was so patient with all my questions.
I actually ended up purchasing two items. One was perfect and the other I decided the colour wasn't right for me.
I'm really not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this brand. They must have changed their policy because I had no issue with getting a refund! It was also processed amazingly quick.
Will definitely purchase again!
