Worst customer service ever. Bought 4 bridesmaid dresses. One arrived damaged. They had the audacity to say I’d caused the damage due to the fact it would not have left their possession damaged. I advised them on day 10 and was told that they would not offer a refund. What a joke! Do they think they’re above the consumer law?
