I recently has interaction with Claudia from Shona Joy. She is a CRM Executive. I just wanted to call her out for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately I haven't had pleasant experiences when dealing with Shona Joy re returns etc however Claudia was very prompt with her responses and went above and beyond at resolving my request. I really appreciate this as good customer service is hard to come by. Claudia - thank you for your prompt kind caring service, you are a asset to the company. x Binda
