I purchased a dress … on the day it arrived I tried it on and did not like it so sent it back straight away… only to receive an email to state it had a hole in it and they could not refund because I did not state that it was faulty… I did not see the hole and that is not why I was returning.. it must have had the hole when it was sent out and I didn’t notice. reading the reviews I am not the only person this has happened to. I sent the item back straight away and not that I could have worn it- we are in lock down.. stay away from this company… I will never purchase again and have advised my friends of the poor service.
