Horrible company to deal with, no customer service whatsoever… Purchased a dress on line, buttons fell off in my hand whilst undoing the garment . Poor quality and also wrong sizing. I returned the dress and after 3 weeks and three emails ignored plus numerous phone calls I get told ‘we can’t do refunds at the moment and not sure when we will be able to’
This is disgusting and unacceptable!!!
