As many reviews have noted, Shona Joy is a complete scam. They do not honor the return policy advertised on their own website. Attempts to reach customer service are futile- when they realize that you are emailing about returns they will completely ignore all future emails. Please avoid this fraudulent company- I lost hundreds of dollars after buying a wedding dress from them.
