Worst Customer service I have ever received.
Purchased a skirt that was 10cm under spec in the hip (which was over 2 and a half sizes smaller) then it should have been.
Waist measured to a size 8 but the hip measured smaller than a size 4 according to the size guide.
Don’t trust the size guide it means nothing.
Shona Joy said that it’s in tolerance and won’t accept a return.
I will never buy from them again due to the lack of customer care given.
