Disgraceful customer service. I didn't ask for a refund, all I asked to do was swap a dress as I thought a bigger size would look better. Their reasoning was due to fabric quality they can't. Then it was a discount period not sale and they identified it as a sale and eventually we got around that and the girl offered a credit note but the dress was no more and it would take days to get and I needed the dress for a special occasion. I can understand no refunds but declining a dress swap makes no sense, especially when the brand is offered on The Iconic who swap, refund. It makes no sense in this day and age. Disgraceful customer service and let's not forget patronizing customer service. Lesson learned and I will never buy directly again.
