I bought a dress recently from Shona Joy which I had to return back as it was too big. When I asked Shona Joy for a refund/ exchange they refused and said that the dress was damaged by me. I flagged that while trying it on for the first time the zipper was extremely stiff and got caught on the material. They accused me of wear and tear (even though I wore it once to see how it fits). They refused a refund/exchange and instead returned the dress to me. Just a warning to other buyers - DO NOT spend your money on this brand. It’s low quality and poorly made. I believe they tampered with the dress as when I received it back, there was damage on the edge of the dress which wasn’t there when I returned it. They don’t want to lose a sale and it seems like they will go out of their way to avoid a refund/exchange. Please be wary when purchasing
