Having had online shopping experiences in the past, I had reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Shona Joy's customer service was extraordinarily disappointing. I had several issues with an order I placed online. Notably, a dress with a hole in the back seam, another that didn't fit as per the presented size chart, and, incredibly, one dress that was entirely absent from my package. I've been emailing with a representative named Poppy since Monday, Nov 13, at 2:57 PM. Unfortunately, the ongoing back-and-forth has continued up to today (14/12). What's baffling is the conclusion of these exchanges: "Thank you for getting in touch. We are in the process of checking the weight of the parcel that left our warehouse against the weight of the parcel that Aus Post delivered. If the weights match, we will be closing the investigation. Kindest Regards, Poppy." Let it sink in - this is after my strenuous efforts of sending 10+ emails filled with photographs and multiple compliances to their requests over the span of a month. It's frankly disheartening that the proposed solution narrows down to parcel weight comparison, leaving my tangible issues overlooked. I'm feeling rather dismissed, undervalued as a customer, and regretful about my choice of this company.
