Ordered a pair of shoes on April 29th but did not receive them. The charge was made to a certain person with no available contact information. After a long day of trying to find who to contact, I finally got hold of a number and told them the problem. They were very helpful and opened up a case number for me. Now I just have to wait 10 days and see if I am either contacted by the seller or a refund. Fingers crossed.
